PO/EAA Hot-Melt Adhesive Film
Versatile Bonding for Polar & Non‑Polar Substrates
Bond aluminum, steel, plastic, wood, and fiber. Engineered for excellent chemical resistance and low-temperature flexibility.
PO/EAA copolymer hot-melt adhesive film is an advanced bonding layer designed specifically for "hard-to-bond" materials. It delivers exceptional polyolefin to metal bonding, seamlessly adhering to PP/PE, metals, glass, and fibers. Featuring outstanding acid resistance and tolerance to alkalis and oils, it maintains a low-temperature flexible profile down to -40°C. Available in 0.05-0.25mm thicknesses (110-150°C melting point). We support custom widths and specialized release liners to meet your industrial needs.
Engineered for Extreme Performance
Our PO/EAA adhesive film is formulated to bridge the gap between incompatible materials, offering a reliable, solvent-free bonding solution.
Universal "Super Glue" Layer
Excellent polar/non-polar adhesion. Bonds inherently incompatible surfaces like polypropylene (PP) directly to aluminum or steel without primers.
Chemical Resistance
Highly durable against harsh environments. Exhibits superior acid resistance, and withstands prolonged exposure to alkalis, industrial oils, and solvents.
Low-Temperature Flexible
Maintains structural integrity and flexibility in freezing conditions. Will not crack, shatter, or lose bond strength even at -40°C.
Optimal Flow & Wetting
When activated by heat, the film melts to provide excellent surface wetting, filling micro-gaps in porous or uneven materials like wood and textiles.
Food Contact Grade Available
100% solvent-free and odorless. We offer specialized formulations that meet FDA and EU standards for indirect food contact packaging.
Eco-Friendly & Efficient
A perfect replacement for traditional solvent-based liquid adhesives. Speeds up production lines (instant bond upon cooling) with zero VOC emissions.
