1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Nature of Services

hrs operates primarily as a manufacturer and supplier for commercial, industrial, and enterprise entities. Our products, including our 10,000+ specifications of functional films, are designed for professional integration into various global industries.

• By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing goods for business, manufacturing, or resale purposes, not for personal, family, or household use.
• We reserve the right to request business identification, tax registration, or company credentials before processing bulk orders.

2. Product Specifications & Suitability

As an R&D-driven manufacturer, we strive to provide accurate Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and product descriptions. However, due to the complex nature of industrial adhesives and the diverse substrates they are applied to:

• All technical advice, recommendations, and test data provided by hrs are given in good faith but without warranty.
• Buyer's Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to test our hot-melt adhesive films and evaluate their suitability for the intended specific application and manufacturing process before full-scale production.
• Product specifications are subject to change without prior notice as part of our continuous R&D improvement.

3. Orders, Pricing & Fulfillment

As a factory-direct provider, our ordering process is tailored for wholesale and industrial volumes.

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Specific MOQs apply depending on the product specification and customization requirements (e.g., custom back coating services).
• Pricing: Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, or taxes. Quotations are valid for the period specified on the official quote document.
• Lead Times: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, supply chain disruptions, or shipping carriers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, technical data sheets, and software, is the property of hrs or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. 5. Limitation of Liability

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, specifically within the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or business transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
