Standard Lamination Process
Critical Note: TPE jelly film is extremely sensitive to heating parameters. Strictly follow the process below to avoid poor bonding or glue carbonization.
Pre-preparation
Keep fabric dry and dust-free; store the film at room temperature for 12 hours before use.
First Lamination
Set temperature 165-185℃, pressure 0.2-0.4MPa, time 15-30s.
Cooling Treatment
Cool naturally to room temperature (do not tear PET film while hot).
Secondary Bonding & QA
Peel off the release liner, laminate with the second fabric, and test peeling strength after complete cooling.

- 2. First Lamination: Set temperature 165-185℃, pressure 0.2-0.4MPa, time 15-30s.
- 3. Cooling Treatment: Cool naturally to room temperature (do not tear PET film while hot).
- 4. Secondary Bonding: Peel off the release liner and laminate with the second fabric.
- 5. Quality Inspection: Test peeling strength after complete cooling.
