Critical Note: TPE jelly film is extremely sensitive to heating parameters. Strictly follow the process below to avoid poor bonding or glue carbonization.

Keep fabric dry and dust-free; store the film at room temperature for 12 hours before use.

Set temperature 165-185℃, pressure 0.2-0.4MPa, time 15-30s.

Cooling Treatment

Cool naturally to room temperature (do not tear PET film while hot).

Peel off the release liner, laminate with the second fabric, and test peeling strength after complete cooling.

TPE jelly film is designed for intimate apparel with ultra-soft hand feeling, matte transparent texture, and breathable patterns. TPU film features higher viscosity and better waterproof performance, mainly used for industrial bonding such as bags and shoes.
Which model is best for seamless underwear?
ZPSKE40 and SFE30 are the most recommended models. They are thin, breathable, and highly skin-friendly, perfectly fitting seamless lingerie production requirements without adding bulk.
Why does TPE film sometimes have weak bonding force?
TPE material is extremely sensitive to lamination parameters. Low temperature or short time causes incomplete melting; excessive temperature leads to glue carbonization. Please debug carefully according to our standard parameters (165℃ - 185℃).
Can I get free samples for testing?

Is this TPE film thermoplastic? Can it be reheated?
