PA (Co-Polyamide) Hot Melt Adhesive Film
Transparent, Inelastic Film for Heat-Activated Lamination
VOMELT XJA110-1 is a transparent PA hot melt adhesive film supplied with paper backing. It has an initial melting temperature of 95–105°C and a listed optimal processing-temperature range of 130–170°C.
The product can be evaluated for fabric, leather, sponge, metal, natural plant-fiber materials and other industrial bonding combinations according to the actual substrates and production process.
Product Overview
PA hot melt adhesive film is a thermoplastic adhesive supplied as a continuous film layer. Heat activates the adhesive during lamination so it can bond two compatible substrates.
XJA110-1 is a transparent, paper-backed and inelastic PA adhesive film. Unlike PA adhesive web, it provides continuous adhesive coverage across the bonding area.
Core Characteristics
Key characteristics of XJA110-1 based on the current product specification.
Transparent Film
XJA110-1 is supplied as a transparent continuous PA adhesive film.
Paper Backing
Paper backing supports handling and positioning before heat lamination.
Inelastic Construction
The current XJA110-1 specification identifies the film as inelastic.
95–105°C Initial Melting
This value describes the listed initial melting-temperature range and should not be treated as the final machine setting.
130–170°C Processing Reference
The current specification lists 130–170°C as the optimal temperature range. Actual settings depend on the materials and equipment.
Continuous Adhesive Coverage
Film provides continuous adhesive coverage, which clearly separates this product from PA adhesive web.

Thermal & Melt Data
Processing note: the initial melting temperature is a material property. Actual lamination temperature, pressure and dwell time depend on equipment, substrate thickness and heat transfer, so final conditions should be confirmed through application testing.
PA Hot Melt Adhesive Film vs PA Hot Melt Adhesive Web
The polymer family can be similar, but the adhesive form is different.

PA Hot Melt Adhesive Web
PA adhesive web has an open fibrous structure rather than a continuous film layer. It should be selected separately according to the laminate structure and end-use requirements.

The following ratings reproduce the applicable-material reference in the current XJA110-1 specification sheet.
These ratings are selection references rather than guaranteed peel-strength values. Surface treatment, coatings, material formulation and the second substrate can change the final bonding result.
Application Scope
Application examples should be confirmed with the actual substrate combination before mass production.
Fabrics & Textiles
Fabric receives a three-star reference in the current XJA110-1 material compatibility table.
