PP/PE materials feature extremely low surface energy (<32 dyn/cm). We implement professional online corona or flame treatment to raise the surface energy above 42 dyn/cm, boosting peel strength by 3~5 times for highly stable bonding.
How to select the optimal adhesive type for my project?
  • PES: Superior wash resistance (>20 industrial cycles). Ideal for industrial & high-end apparel.
  • PA: High wash resistance + soft hand feel. Perfect for leather goods and garment accessories.
  • TPU: High elasticity & ultra softness. Best for sportswear and flexible shoe materials.

Can you provide third-party test reports for export?

Will finished products warp or shrink after processing?
We strictly control the thermal shrinkage rate within ≤1.0% for PES/PP/PA adhesives. For shrinkage-prone substrates such as PE foam, we adopt low-temperature processes (≤110℃) and tension calibration to ensure perfectly flat finished products without warpage.
Do you process special-shaped or sheet material lamination?
Yes. Equipped with high-temperature flat vacuum composite machines, we provide customized lamination for sheets, thick panels and special-shaped parts such as automotive ceilings and luggage cover plates.
