Detailed Selection Rules

High-frequency industrial washing (30+ cycles), long-term humid environment

Must choose PES Mesh – its hydrolysis resistance and anti-aging performance far exceed other materials.

Tight stretch sportswear, seamless knit products

Must choose TPU Mesh – the only mesh that stretches and recovers perfectly with fabric.

Shirts, suits, leather garments, bags

First choice PA Mesh – dry cleanable, ensures flat bonding, and provides a premium hand feel.

Disposable protective products, lightweight simple lamination

First choice EVA Mesh – low temperature processing, no fabric scorching, extreme cost-effectiveness.

Automotive interiors, chemical filtration, PP/PE substrate bonding

First choice PP Mesh – heat & chemical resistant, offering the best adhesion to same-family materials.

Medical skin-contact, sterilizable products

Prefer TPU / PES Mesh – compliant, non-irritating, and can withstand repeated disinfection processes.

Why Choose hrs Adhesive Mesh?

Engineered to outperform traditional glue, offering superior comfort, compliance, and consistency.

Breathable & Comfortable

The web-like structure ensures excellent air permeability, far superior to solid adhesive films, keeping garments and textiles breathable.

Soft Handfeel, Glue-Free

Maintains the original drape and softness of the fabric. Eliminates the stiff "glue feel" common with traditional wet lamination.

Eco-Friendly & Safe

100% solvent-free thermal bonding process. Materials comply with REACH, RoHS, and OEKO-TEX standards for global markets.

Custom Weight (15-60 g/m²)

Wide range of specifications available. We customize the weight, width, and melting point to perfectly match your production line.

Uniform Web Structure

Advanced manufacturing ensures an even distribution of adhesive fibers, resulting in highly consistent bonding strength across the entire surface.

How to choose between TPU mesh and PA mesh for apparel?
TPU mesh offers high elasticity and soft skin‑feel – ideal for tight sportswear and stretch fabrics.

PA mesh has no elasticity but provides excellent wash & dry clean resistance, flat bonding – ideal for formal wear, leather goods, bags where no stretch is needed.
Which is better for wash resistance and hydrolysis resistance – PA or PES?
  • Wash cycles: PES (30–50) > PA (15–20).
  • Hydrolysis & aging resistance: PES is far superior.

For long‑term humid, outdoor, hot‑humid environments, PES mesh is mandatory.

Can EVA mesh replace TPU for sportswear?
No. EVA has no elasticity and very poor wash resistance. Repeated stretching and washing will cause rapid delamination. For stretch sportswear, only TPU mesh is recommended.
Is PP mesh suitable for fabric bonding?
No. PP mesh is stiff and requires high processing temperature, which can easily damage thin fabrics. It is only suitable for automotive and industrial applications requiring high temperature and chemical resistance.
Which mesh should be used for low surface energy substrates like PP/PE?
First choice is PP mesh – it provides the best compatibility and adhesion to same-family materials.

If a lower processing temperature is needed, treat the substrate with corona/flame treatment (to reach ≥42 dyn/cm) then use PA or TPU mesh.
